On the 27th March 2018, a gathering of over 40 people celebrated the final structural elements being installed to the highest level of the Axtell House development. The ‘topping out’ celebrations of the 12,000 sq ft re-developed commercial space, in the heart of London’s West End, were attended by the project team along with representatives from Estates & Agency, Fraser Randall, Darling Associates Architects, Taylor Project Services and some of the supply chain. Despite many obstacles encountered with the existing building, the project has reached its highest level of structure with all parties collaborating openly to deliver proactive solutions. The project is now moving at pace into the internal fitting out of the space in preparation for the launch of this exceptional commercial property. The RED team are keen to continue the excellent progress made to date and deliver the scheme as planned later this year.
