Kidsplay, Milton Keynes is no ordinary nursery or even building. It is a celebration of materials used in an economic fashion to create an environment suitable for nurturing and learning.

It has proven to be an exciting and rewarding building project. To be able to say it was RED’s first scheme from start to finish makes it a little more special. Having an end-user that is ‘over the moon’ with the result and delivery makes it a blueprint for the future.

From demolition of the existing building to delivery of the 10,500 sqft learning space/offices along with a 5000sqft roof play area was completed in 26 weeks. The £1.6m building was launched on the advertised date and is already reaching capacity in its first period of trading.
