The Net Zero Carbon building includes 142 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar with private dining, conference facilities, a gym, and charging points for electric vehicles and electric bikes. 

The hotel has been designed to meet an industry leading BREEAM rating of Outstanding, incorporating renewable energy sources within and on the building fabric to achieve a low Energy Usage Intensity. 

The completed hotel features a minimalistic internal fit out, including living trees in the main space. External landscaping includes herb gardens, green and brown roofs, and a range of ecological habitat improvements.
