Our London team has secured the contract for the main works on the Willen House student accommodation project, following enabling works completed by the Special Projects team. Situated in a conservation area near Old Street, this project involves extensive refurbishment and structural alterations. The scope includes increasing the building’s height from six to eight storeys and introducing a striking new façade with high-performance windows and glass-reinforced concrete (GRC). The refurbished building will accommodate 223 bedrooms across seven floors, complemented by modern communal areas located in the basement.
