Simon has been in construction since 1993, rising from Site Engineer to Construction Director. With experience as both a main contractor and client developer, he understands collaboration across the entire development team. He has led projects from RIBA Stages 1–6, managed bids from tender to delivery, and worked across Hotels, Prime and Super Prime Residential, Commercial, and Retail, in both new build and refurbishment. Known for his positive, straight-talking approach, Simon focuses on understanding stakeholder needs and ensuring projects are delivered with a clear, considered strategy.
