Sackville House

Located at the corner of Sackville Street and Piccadilly in London’s West End, Sackville House is a Grade II listed landmark undergoing a transformative redevelopment.

The project delivers approximately 30,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across seven floors, featuring a two-storey vertical extension, flexible workspaces, and a rooftop pavilion. Lower-ground amenities include a gym, fitness and spin studio, complemented by retail units at street level. The scheme is designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, reflecting its focus on sustainability and occupant wellbeing. The redevelopment involves careful demolition of the existing core, partial floorplates, and rear façade and construction of a new reinforced concrete core. Modern MEP systems and lifts are being installed, and all windows are being replaced to ensure a contemporary working environment.

At the same time, the scheme preserves the building’s historic character, repositioning Sackville House as a premium commercial destination in London’s West End.
