Our London team gathered to celebrate a key milestone in the redevelopment of 55–58 Pall Mall, marking the successful topping out of the building’s structure. This marks a significant step forward in the project, which is set to deliver a sustainable, high-quality office development. Spanning seven storeys, the development is designed to meet the highest standards, aiming for BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A, and WiredScore Platinum certifications. The building will also feature terraces and incorporate heritage elements, blending modern design with the area’s rich history.
The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the hard work and collaboration that has gone into the project. Graham Sturge MCIOB, our CEO, was joined by Edward Sneddon from Simten and Christian Klersy from PKS Immobilien to acknowledge the dedication of the entire team. Their speeches highlighted the collective effort of all those involved, from the architects to the contractors, and their contribution to reaching this important stage.
As part of the ceremony, a specially engraved CLT plaque was fixed in place, with Ed Sneddon hammering in the final nails to commemorate the achievement. Guests also took part in a symbolic exchange, presenting gifts to key project partners—representing the strong foundation and continued growth of the redevelopment. To further mark the occasion, the project team signed their names on the building’s structure, leaving a lasting and personal imprint on this transformative development.
With the topping out now complete, we are excited to see 55–58 Pall Mall progress towards its grand completion. The building will provide a forward-thinking office space that blends sustainability, innovation, and heritage—offering a dynamic workspace for the future while preserving the charm of the past.
