NEWS | Congratulations to our latest Leadership & Development Programme cohort
We recently celebrated the completion of the latest cohort from RED’s internal Leadership Development Programme ‘empoweRED’, marking seven months of learning, development and collaboration for colleagues from across the business nominated by their managers and selected by RED’s Executive Board.
The programme concluded at Richmond Hill Hotel, where participants presented to RED’s Directors and Executive Board, sharing key learnings and reflecting on how they had applied them throughout the programme. The day concluded with a celebratory dinner, bringing everyone together to recognise their achievements.
Delivered in partnership with Richard Jennings at PeopleUnboxed and led internally by Kim Harris and Georgie Harnwell, the programme combines monthly development sessions with practical application, covering topics including communication, stakeholder management and personal branding. With two successful cohorts now completed and a third set to launch this September, RED is proud to continue investing in the growth and development of its people.
