Featuring 184 bedrooms across five stories, the development includes CFA piling, RC foundations and slab, and a podium, with light gauge steel framing from the first to the fifth floor. The building will have brick and stone facades and standing seam roofing. Additionally, it includes flexible commercial space and an active frontage to support local businesses.
