At RED, we know that movement isn’t just good for the body—it’s a game-changer for the mind. That’s why we were proud to take part in Mental Health Awareness Week, embracing this year’s theme: “Movement: Moving more for our mental health.”

To mark the occasion, #TeamRED pulled out all the stops, organizing a variety of activities across the business to get everyone moving, connecting, and feeling great. From rounders, rowing, and cycling to running, walks, PT sessions, and even hula hooping, our teams proved that movement comes in all shapes and forms!

Highlights from the Week:
Pedal Power – Our London team toured RED projects across the city, soaking up the sunshine while staying active.

Steps for a Cause – The Bedford office combined exercise with community spirit, collecting food donations and walking them to the Bedford Food Bank.

Furry Therapy – A special four-legged visitor, Digit, brought plenty of tail wags and smiles to our London office.

The response has been incredible, with teams eager to keep up the momentum and make these activities a regular part of RED life. A huge thank you to everyone who joined in—let’s keep moving for our mental well-being!
