The Marriott County Hall is an existing hotel within the Marriott Eagle Portfolio, and is located on Westminster Bridge Road, London. The project consists of the refurbishment and conversion of the fifth and sixth floors, including the strip out of the existing gym, changing facilities, offices, and treatment rooms. Works include minor structural alterations to the existing layout to create 35 new bedrooms, male, female, and DDA changing facilities, and a new gym. The bedrooms will include two suites as well as a DDA bedroom. The existing window frames are to be retained, with new glazing installation, as well as secondary glazing (where required).  All works will be undertaken in a live hotel environment.
