The Woodland Village Hub forms the central amenity building for Phase One of LEGOLAND Windsor’s £35m Woodland Village development. The hub supports over 150 accommodation lodges and provides a vibrant communal destination for thousands of guests. The building includes a large restaurant, bar, performance stage, industrial kitchen, children’s play areas and extensive WC facilities, all designed to accommodate high visitor numbers and intensive seasonal use. 

The project required close coordination with the wider resort operations and programme certainty to meet the planned Spring 2024 opening. High-quality finishes, robust detailing and efficient servicing were critical to ensure durability, safety and operational efficiency within a live leisure environment.
