A multi-million pound office redevelopment in the heart of Richmond, targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating, with a Fitwel two-star certification and WiredScore Gold for digital connectivity.

This project will involve the modernisation of the existing office building as well as the installation of an additional top floor of accommodation with a roof terrace, and an external 4,200 sq ft garden on the ground floor. Other amenities will include 42 cycle parking spaces, electric charging points, and a gym + spinning studio with changing rooms and showers.

This regeneration of Explore aims to provide a more elevated office experience, focusing on creating a space that supports employee mental health and wellbeing. Sustainability is a very important focus for this new office building, with a big focus on energy efficiency and biodiversity which will be delivered partly through enhanced greening and planting within external and private spaces.
