Located on Colmore Row in Birmingham’s commercial core, the project comprises the substantial refurbishment of an existing office building, including horizontal extensions and a three-storey vertical extension to increase the net internal area. 

 

The development, delivered by RED East, will deliver high-quality Cat A office accommodation designed to meet the needs of modern occupiers. The scope of works includes significant structural alterations to the existing building, alongside the delivery of additional floor space through horizontal and vertical extensions. The scheme also incorporates a full Cat A fit-out, creating efficient and adaptable floorplates.
