21-25 Bruton Place

The redevelopment of 21–25 Bruton Place, located just off Berkeley Square in Mayfair, consolidated three mews properties into a single commercial building, delivered by our Special Projects Team.
The works included the full removal of existing structural roof and floor slabs across all three buildings while retaining the original front and rear façades. A new internal steel frame was installed, and a third storey was added, incorporating an external terrace and a zinc-clad roof. The additional floor was constructed using a Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) structure.
The completed scheme delivers contemporary open-plan office space across the upper floors and a ground-floor retail unit, providing modern commercial accommodation within the context of the retained historic façade.
