Bromley Varney Court

Following significant fire and water damage at Bromley Court, our team undertook a full programme of remediation and reinstatement works. The scope of phase 1 began with the removal of all damaged elements, including loose fixtures and fittings, ceilings, walls, floors, doors, bathrooms, en-suites, and kitchens. 

Mould remediation was carried out to ensure the building was safe and compliant. After treatment, we reinstated all affected walls, floors, and ceilings, and installed new kitchens, bathrooms, and en-suites throughout. Damaged front entrance doors and riser doors on multiple levels were replaced. 

Final works included mage good decorations as well as comprehensive testing and commissioning of all electrical and mechanical systems within the apartments.

Phase 2 consisted of external works including terraces, balcony & façade repairs.
