RED Construction Group Ltd is proud to have completed the upgrade of Axtell House, Soho. The works involved the demolition of the existing top 3 floors including the stair and lift core to the basement. Significant temporary works were required to the retained and neighbouring structures yet the ground floor tenants were able to keep operating throughout the works. The new replacement structure provides an increased floor area and was constructed using a hybrid of steel and CLT panels to maximise space while reducing weight. The finishes consisted of a number of high-quality bespoke products from the PVD entrance screen and stairs to the precast concrete tiles. The result is a beautifully designed and finished commercial property for all the team to be proud of.
