Our Special Projects team is undertaking the refurbishment of 8 Lancelot Place in Knightsbridge, a 35,000 sq ft office space near Harrods. The upgrade will include a Cat A fit-out across multiple levels, a new entrance, garden, glazing, and canopy, all while keeping tenants operational. The project will incorporate an all-electric MEP system to support sustainability objectives. This marks the second collaboration between RED and BEAM, following the successful refurbishment of 21-25 Bruton Place in Mayfair.
