Our Special Projects dedicated team will deliver a new 131-bed hotel in Watford, forming part of the wider Watford Riverwell Development masterplan – a regeneration of 72 acres of brownfield land in south Watford.

 
The project scheme, a joint venture between Kier Property and Watford Borough Council, incorporates ground-floor retail space, enhancing the streetscape and supporting local activity. 

The building is constructed with a reinforced concrete frame on pile foundations, reflecting a robust and durable approach.
