Simon Chapman / Pre-Construction Director - East

Simon started in construction in 1993 training as a Site Engineer before being promoted to the Construction Director level. He has worked as a main contractor and client developer so understands the collaboration and nuances of both sides of the development team. Simon has led numerous schemes from RIBA Stages 1 to 6 and worked closely with local authority planning departments. Simon has experience leading bids from receipt of tender to full delivery as part of his career development. Simon’s project expertise is varied and cover Hotels, Prime and Super Prime Residential, Commercial, and Retail in both new build and refurbishment schemes. Simon has supported clients and design teams for many decades and have a reputation for being positive and straight talking. Simon understands his clients and stakeholders needs and ensures that the project delivery strategy is detailed and considered in our bid process.
