Located beside St Katharine Docks with panoramic views over the River Thames, the Tower Hotel project involves the complete refurbishment of the Tower Suites function spaces. The works include the removal of existing RAAC panels, associated structural modifications, and the reinstatement of roof finishes. 

A new glazed façade is being introduced on the Thames-facing elevation, improving both visual appeal and building performance. All MEP services are undergoing comprehensive upgrades to support the renewed spaces. The function rooms will be fully fitted out with contemporary interiors, high-quality finishes, and state-of-the-art AV systems. 

In addition, the mezzanine-level function room is being transformed into a vibrant public space incorporating integrated planting and upgraded IT infrastructure.
