Located beside St Katharine Docks with panoramic views of the River Thames, this project at The Tower Hotel focuses on the complete refurbishment of the iconic Tower Suites function rooms. 

The work involves removing existing RAAC panels, making structural modifications, and reinstating roof finishes. A new glazed façade on the Thames-facing elevation will enhance both aesthetics and performance, while all MEP services undergo comprehensive upgrades. 

The function spaces will be fully fitted out, featuring contemporary design with high-end finishes and state-of-the-art AV installations, creating a premium event experience in this landmark location. The existing function room in the mezzanine level will be transformed into a vibrant public space, incorporating a new waterproofed concrete wall, high-quality IT infrastructure, and thoughtfully integrated planting to enhance the atmosphere.
