Demolition of existing ancillary buildings and the underpinning of the main Audiology House and site boundary walls. Site levels are then generally reduced to a lower ground floor level.

The creation of high-end residential accommodation – 8 units within the retained/ extended Audiology House structure (block A), and 11 units within the new building (block B) to the south side of the site.
