2025 has been our most successful year yet – a year defined by exceptional delivery, collaboration, and trust, and by living our values of relationships, enthusiasm, and delivery. It also marked a significant milestone in our journey, as we reflected on a decade of growth, progress, and achievement. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to an outstanding year – our people, clients, partners, and supply chain. 

Last year, our teams delivered landmark projects that set new benchmarks for quality, sustainability, and client relationships, from the UK’s first net carbon zero hotel at Exeter Zeal to the ongoing delivery of 40 Broadway, our largest commercial scheme to date. Our teams also worked on standout developments across London, the South West, and surrounding regions, celebrating 6 topping outs, completing 11 projects and securing 13 new ones. We welcomed 48 new colleagues, growing our team to 266, and strengthened our footprint with new offices in London, Bristol, and Exeter. Our achievements and projects have been recognised across the industry, with 13 awards won, celebrating our excellence in delivery and innovation. At the heart of our success is a strong commitment to giving back, with our teams raising over £150k for charities including Pancreatic Cancer UK, London’s Air Ambulance, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Prostate Cancer UK, and many more. As we enter the new year, we are excited for the opportunities awaiting us in 2026. We look forward to continuing to build, innovate, and deliver excellence together.
