The Crescent & Harbourside 10

The works for these two projects entailed the same scope and comprise fire safety remedial works to live apartments, including replacement of existing combustible external wall systems, balcony decking, defective/missing cavity barriers, and associated build-up, support systems and accessories. The works are to be carried out to achieve a “medium/tolerable” risk as part of a PAS9980:2022 assessment, and to enable a fire engineer to confirm that the project does not present an unacceptable risk to life, as part of a Fire Safety Assessment, as required by DLUHC’s Developer Remediation Contract. The works should also, as a result, allow for the building to be assessed as “B1” on the RICS EWS1 form.
