Team RED at the 2025 JLL Property Triathlon

Last Friday, Team RED headed to Dorney Lake in Windsor to take part in the 18th annual JLL Property Triathlon – a long-standing industry event that combines competition, camaraderie, and charitable impact.

Organised by JLL, the triathlon has grown into one of the UK’s biggest one-day sporting events, bringing together thousands from the real estate and built environment sectors. This year’s event continued its strong tradition of fundraising, supporting Age UK and its work helping older people across the country stay connected, independent, and supported.

Our team stepped up to the challenge under tough conditions: clear skies and scorching heat. Amber Schmidt, Charlie Archer, Connor La Plain and Nathan Farrar all completed the individual sprint triathlon, while Will Horey took on the open water swim, covering 2.2km with trademark grit and determination.
We were lucky to have a crowd of friends, family, and colleagues cheering us on from the sidelines — their support really made a difference, as did our fun signs!

A big thank you to JLL for hosting such a well-run and meaningful event. We’re proud to have been part of it, and even prouder to support a cause like Age UK and can’t wait to do it all again next year.
