This project involves the phased refurbishment of this iconic Grade I listed five-star hotel adjoining St. Pancras International station. The works include the refurbishment of 207 contemporary guestrooms and corridors in Barlow House, alongside the restoration of 29 historic guestroom suites, all delivered while the hotel remains fully operational.
The guestrooms are being remodelled with new layouts and five-star finishes, including the reconstruction of prefabricated bathrooms with high-quality fixtures and fittings.
A historic suite prototype within the original Chambers Building is being sensitively restored using traditional materials, preserving the hotel’s heritage. The project is delivered under a fast-track programme with close daily coordination with Network Rail.
