At RED we believe in providing all our clients with exemplary service and true value whatever the size or complexity of the scheme. Projects under £10m require the same smart, responsive and fast-moving action as bigger schemes, facilitated by the right level of resource, talent and attitude. This is what led to the formation of our RED Special Projects Team.

Agile, highly experienced, and fully supported by the resources from RED Construction Group, RED Special Projects assembles the perfect team for any challenge, instilling confidence in our clients, funders, and project stakeholders.

Adam Sturge’s construction career has been forged over the past 20 years working alongside outstanding teams on unique, challenging, and award-winning projects. Having been at RED since its conception Adam has played a key role in establishing the Construction business and its ongoing relationships with employers, consultant teams and supply chain members alike. “We employed RED Special Projects to deliver the Principal Place Marketing Suite to Concord London’s exacting standards and complete satisfaction under challenging conditions. The project was extremely fast-paced with the design evolving as the works progressed. Despite these challenges, the project was controlled openly and amicably at the work face. Any issues were raised quickly and resolved before they had a chance to become a material issue that would delay project completion. The opening date was critical to our business and the team delivered a great end result.”
