We’re thrilled to announce that we are a company supporter of Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, the only charity that provides emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families, a subject we at RED are committed to. 

Lighthouse offers a 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline (0345 605 1956) that provides a range of free and confidential wellbeing support services. This is complemented by their free Construction Industry Helpline App which offers expert guidance on a huge variety of wellbeing issues. It is aimed at those who may not feel comfortable speaking with someone or would like more information about how they can help themselves before taking the next step in seeking professional help. 

To ensure that our learning and development of mental wellbeing is aligned with our RED to green strategy, we have committed to having a minimum of one Mental Health First Aider on every project and all offices, promoting an open environment to support our #TeamRED.
