As Commercial Director for RED Special Projects, Adam brings valuable expertise in cost management, contract negotiation, and project financial analysis to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Adam has been a pivotal figure at RED Construction Group since its inception, helping to establish the business and build strong relationships with employers, consultant teams, and supply chain members through his work on unique, challenging, and award-winning projects.

Bringing his extensive industry experience to RED in 2021, Paul’s construction knowledge and collaborative ethos allows him to produce tailored solutions, cost estimation accuracy and project advice for your schemes.

With 27 years’ experience working for main contractors in London, Steve acts as the operational lead for our Special Projects team, ensuring efficient project execution, exceptional quality and client satisfaction across all of our schemes.
