Description
Although this site is not listed, it does lie within the Nightingale Lane conservation area and is therefore protected to maintain its original character.
Demolition of existing ancillary buildings and the underpinning of the main Audiology House and site boundary walls. Site levels are then generally reduced to a lower ground floor level.
The creation of high-end residential accommodation – 8 units within the retained/ extended Audiology House structure (block A), and 11 units within the new building (block B) to the south side of the site. The new sections of building will be clad in sympathetically selected finishes to compliment the Period Mansion Villa, and will consist of a mixture of face brickwork, GRC and glazing.
