The Marriott County Hall was an existing hotel within the Marriott Eagle Portfolio, located on Westminster Bridge Road, London. The project consisted of the refurbishment and conversion of the fifth and sixth floors, including the strip-out of the existing gym, changing facilities, offices, and treatment rooms. The works included minor structural alterations to the existing layout to create 35 new bedrooms, male, female, and DDA changing facilities, and a new gym. The bedrooms included two suites as well as a DDA bedroom. The existing window frames were retained, with new glazing installed, as well as secondary glazing where required. All works were successfully delivered by our Special Projects Team within a live hotel environment.
