The Delivery involved the major refurbishment and conversion of the fifth and sixth floors within the Grade II* listed building, delivering 35 new bedrooms with exceptional views across London’s most recognisable landmarks. 

The project required sensitive reconfiguration of the existing layout, incorporating minor structural alterations to create new guest rooms alongside male, female, and DDA-compliant changing facilities and a new gym. Two premium suites were delivered, each featuring marble bathrooms and private balconies with dedicated viewing platforms. 

Throughout the works, the historic character of the building was carefully preserved, with original window frames retained and enhanced through the installation of new and secondary glazing where required to improve performance while maintaining the listed fabric.
