Lincoln’s Inn Fields

A comprehensive structural refurbishment is underway at 20–23 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, part of a wider redevelopment of five interconnected historic buildings spanning 15–23 Lincoln’s Inn Fields in central London, totalling around 70,000 sq ft.

The project delivers modern Cat A office accommodation while retaining the character of the original structures. The scope includes extensive demolition and strip-out of lower ground floor areas, roof-level structures, and the ground floor mezzanine. A new reinforced concrete lift core and shaft is being installed, alongside partial replacement and refurbishment of existing windows, façade clean-down and restoration of terrazzo finishes, and roof remedial works.

New MEP infrastructure supports the Cat A fit-out and landlord works, which include upgraded WCs and end-of-trip facilities with bike and shower amenities. Additional enhancements comprise a roof terrace and a double-height event space, providing flexible, best-in-class office environments.
