This multi-million pound Grade A serviced office development involved structural alterations to modify the dimensions of openings to the load bearing walls and the development of a second floor terrace, offering high quality commercial space.

The Cat A & Cat B fit out throughout provides high quality office and conference space with all existing mechanical and electrical installations renewed, together with repair to the heritage façade.

The refurbishment has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent, while also targeting Fitwel 1*, Nabers 4* rating and AirRated Gold. To support this, the project has used recycled steel and timber from the wider Grosvenor Estates sustainability monitoring system, SDB.

This was RED’s first project with Grosvenor which highlights our position in the market as a solution to complex construction in the capital.
