Part demolition and redevelopment of and existing commercial office. The addition of three office floors and roof terrace using a steel frame design that merges with the existing clay pot slab.  


The façade is a brick slip and GRC build with full height windows. The internal fit-out will include two floors of CAT A+ and commercial plots at ground  and basement levels. The development connected with two neighbouring buildings abiding with Party Wall regulations.
