Angel Central

The project works included the elevation of an existing ‘Angel Wings’ sculpture and constructing a new pedestrian link bridge, including balcony extensions to the first-floor walkways. Beneath the link bridge is an ellipse-shaped fully glazed kiosk unit integrated with further concrete-faced steps, seating, and landscaping plants.

On the first floor, an existing retail unit was converted into a restaurant with a double-height, fully glazed curtain walling system, with feature terracotta baguettes installed externally as a brise-soleil. The existing ceilings, lighting, paving and balustrading in public areas were entirely replaced to provide a more modern appearance.
