Last week, colleagues from across the UK came together for our annual Roadshow at the nearly completed 40 Broadway, Westminster. The event brought our people together to celebrate this year’s achievements and look ahead to the business’s future plans.

Led by CEO Graham Sturge, Group Director Ian Hopkinson, COO Derek Quinn, Group Commercial Director Sam Hewitt, and Central Services Director Toby Yonge, the sessions outlined our long-term focus, financial position, and the importance of building on what works, learning from experience, and staying agile. They reinforced the values that define us: Relationships, Enthusiasm, and Delivery.

Over the two days, colleagues enjoyed catching up over tea, coffee and lunch, and for many it was their first time seeing 40 Broadway up close. The day concluded with a tour of 40 Broadway, giving everyone the opportunity to see the scale of the project firsthand and recognise what our teams have accomplished together.
